About the Role

We're looking for a talented full-stack engineer to help us build and scale Fracktion's platform. You'll work on everything from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend systems, helping P&A operators work more efficiently while generating carbon credits.

Responsibilities

• •Design and implement new features across our full stack (React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
• •Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces that make complex workflows feel simple
• •Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that power our platform
• •Collaborate with the team to define technical architecture and best practices
• •Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive tests
• •Participate in code reviews and contribute to our engineering culture

Qualifications

• •2+ years of experience building web applications
• •Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript
• •Experience with Next.js, Node.js, and SQL databases
• •Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture
• •Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• •Experience in the energy or environmental sectors
• •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
• •Knowledge of data visualization and analytics
• •Experience with real-time collaboration features
